1 piece of advice someone gave me,
was to stop being so alone
Another equally impactful one was 'You cannot be lazy, if you are lazy jiu si le"
"lazy no hope de"
Words aren't just alphabets strung together that have a meaning and a pronounciation.
Once said, words cannot be taken back
In secondary sku i used to have a math teacher who had grey hair but still jogged every morning.
He was in good health. I suppose he HAD to be healthy to teach our class, any other younger teacher or one without a healthy heart would have long given up.
He liked to joke, and yes, our class was terribly unfocused and rowdy.
Sad to say, those who wanted to study were gradually driven to study themselves at home, or turn up for remedials.
Cos the remedials would be free of those who didnt wanna attend.
He wasn't imcompetent.
He was funny.
And he liked to say (in mandarin) that the number of words 1 person can say is limited. Use it up and you die.
I thought it was funny. We all thought he used to say that to spite those chatterboxes in class. Turns out not.
I love math. Cos i've been lucky to have crossed paths with a few really dedicated math teachers.
And though their hardwork didnt seem to pay off, i left sku with a growing interest in figures.
I believe i can do it.
Choices. I make mine, i decide my own future.
Does it ever bug you that Tarot Cards can only tell you what will happen if you continue doing whatever you were doing,
but they cannot definitely tell you what is going to happen in the end?
You see, Tarot isnt for you to ask questions like who am i gonna marry.
Once you call upon your future/past, and you get a reading, you have a choice to choose what to do.
If you know the consequences, and yet you still go ahead with something, noone can stop you. It is your choice.
Believe in an eye for an eye?
We'll all be blind if everyone does that? We choose to, right?
Don't victimize yourself,
a victim is someone who is helpless, and you are not.
You choose to be lazy.
You did it.
Noone's born lazy.
